  • On Site Rental Cars

    Excalibur of Avondale Collision offers new onsite rental cars. We work with all major insurance companies with the option to invoice them directly. We have a large fleet of rental cars and SUVs. Our rental vehicles are available exclusively to customers having their vehicle repaired. Call to ask about our available rental vehicles!

    Repairing vehicles is dirty work. Throughout the repair process dirt, buffing compound, or dust may get in and on your vehicle. Our team of detailers take the time to ensure your vehicle looks better than when it was dropped off! Only customers having their vehicle repaired at Excalibur are eligable for detailing services.

  • I-CAR Gold Class Certified Technicians

    The auto body repair industry is constantly changing as new technologies are introduced in vehicle manufacturing. Newer model years are built with advanced crumple zones, new types of plastics, aluminum body panels, and more complex designs as a standard.  New technologies, new materials, and complex designs require further extensive training to repair. To ensure our technicians are trained on these new standards our technicians are I-CAR Gold Class certified. The industry standard for training that contributes to complete, safe and quality repairs.

  • Manufacturer (OEM) Parts

    OEM products are going to match what's being replaced and that guarantees function and quality. You'll be getting the same performance you expect and need from your equipment with an OEM replacement part because it was designed and tested under the same rigorous manufacturer standards. Aftermarket parts are new non-OEM parts that are sold by anyone other than an authorized US dealer. These parts offer a price-based alternative, but may not provide the same fit, finish, and/or structural strength as OEM parts.

  • How long will my repairs take?

  • Do you write estimates?

    There can be several reasons why having a bodyshop write an estimate for repairs is unnecessary. In order to be accurate, usually disassembly is required to see the full extent of the damage to your vehicle. If the damage sustained to your vehicle does not require disassembly, then it is possible to write an accurate estimate.

  • How much will my repairs cost?

    Determining the cost of collision repairs depends on several factors, including the extent of damage to your vehicle, the type of repairs needed, the cost of replacement parts, and the labor charges of the repair shop. Without knowing specific details about your vehicle and the damage it has sustained, it's challenging to provide an accurate estimate of the repair costs.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    Yes! If we at the Excalibur of Avondale Collision replace a part on your vehicle that part carries its own manufacturer’s warranty. It will be the manufacturer’s or the distributor’s obligation to honor that warranty, although we will attempt to assist you in presenting a claim on that warranty. We offer a seperate lifetime warranty for any repairs performed at Excalibur.
